Hi, I’m Ebony Thompson, a certified health and wellness coach, certified functional nutrition coach, and nurse practitioner who helps busy working people feel healthy, confident, and balanced from the inside out.
For most of my life, I believed being “healthy” meant eating perfectly, following strict rules, never slipping up, and constantly hustling. Like many people juggling everyday life stressors, I chased rigid and rigorous routines but always felt overwhelmed, tired, and guilty for not doing enough.
It took years of learning, unlearning, and (still) rebuilding my own routine to realize the truth: health isn’t about food and fitness, it’s about your entire life.
With almost a decade of experience as a nurse practitioner, I’ve seen firsthand how much people struggle with stress, habits, and nutrition long before it ever becomes a medical issue. My clinical background allows me to understand the body immensely, but my passion for functional nutrition and mindful habit coaching is what helps client transform their daily lives.

Hello! My name is Jenny Bradford, and my mission in life is to help as many people as possible achieve their health and wellness goals. I completed my NCCPT certification in Personal Training and Nutrition in 2014, and there is nothing quite like seeing my clients lower their body fat, increase their dry lean and skeletal muscle mass; and be able to go off medications due to their improved health.
My mission is deeply personal to me because I know first hand how challenging it can be to regain control of your health. I live with Epilepsy, Chronic Migraines, and Lupus, so it takes constant effort in nutrition and exercise to manage those conditions. After my Lupus diagnosis in 2014, I gained 80 pounds due to a fun mixture of the medications I was placed on, and the depression that crept in from the constant pain.
After I finally got done feeling sorry for myself, I put my new certifications to work, and clawed my way back to health. I am so thankful to say that my symptoms have greatly improved, and while many times you cannot cure a chronic illness, you can certainly do your part to minimize it’s negative impact on your life. I am now in the best shape of my life, even prior to any of my diagnoses, and I have even gotten to come off 3 medications as well.
I believe in changing your lifestyle forever, not just changing your behavior temporarily. I work with clients to integrate diet and nutrition in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable for the long haul, not just until you loose that same 15 pounds you have been trying to loose for years. I believe that each client is unique, and that they each deserve their own plan that will make reaching their goals as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.
